Business Description

Our culinary staff uses vegetables, fruit and herbs grown in our own organic garden to create meals that are a feast for the senses. Fresh artisan breads, sauces, and dressings are created in-house from local, sustainable ingredients grown on-site.

In season, 80% of the food that we serve in our restaurant is produced on Salt Spring Island. We serve 100% grass fed free range beef and free range chickens, our seafood is ocean wise which means that we only use seafood that is ethically fished or harvested. We raise our own lamb and serve our own organic free range eggs on our weekend brunch. More about our suppliers below.
